Combination of museum and rustique restaurant.
The former cod liver oil factory in Henningsvær has been converted into a combined museum and restaurant. Historical items from several of Henningsvær’s key historical institutions like the telegraph, the soft drinks factory, the canned foods factory, and of course the cod liver oil factory are distributed around the building. And in contrast to most other museums, you can touch the items if you want.
